Hello – I’m Allan Ott. My family and I moved to Manistique in 2009. I am a licensed (and insured) Michigan Builder with 30+ years construction experience. Don’t trust your home to anything less. Construction Work – Summer 2012

Had a good mix of work over the summer months here in the Manistique, Michigan area. Everything from replacing broken garage doors, installing gutters, leveling a deck, removing and replacing a large concrete slab, constructing a 12′ x 16′ storage building for the Manistique Farmers’ Market, constructing a 24′ x 24′ pole building (in progress), and doing oak trim work throughout a home being remodeled.

Repair Work

Recently I had a call from a Manistique homeowner who needed crumbling steps repaired, and sturdy handrails painted and installed securely into the concrete. Here are the “before” photos:

See below for the “during” and “after” photos. The railings are re-purposed wrought iron from another project, and freshly painted green to match the house trim.
